PARTICIPATION

​Please read the following Terms and Conditions of The Paint Coach. By purchasing this product, you are agreeing to the following terms stated herein. The following Terms and Conditions are entered into by Corinne Yancone (“The Artist” or “Corinne Yancone”)and You (“Client” or “You”).

PROGRAM

Corinne Yancone (herein referred to as “The Artist”) agrees to provide the Art Education Program, “The Paint Coach” (herein referred to as “Program”) purchased by the client online. As a condition of participating in the Program, you agree to abide by all policies and procedures set out in this Agreement, including those incorporated by reference.

As part of the Art Education Program, the CAF Creations will provide the following to Client:

PROGRAM ACCESS

The Artist will maintain a Online Learning Program Area that will include audio, video and written lessons, guides, worksheets, checklists and other means of learning support. You will have access to this Program Area for as long as one (1) year which is the extended period of time the Program Area exists. If The Company decides to update the course during the 1 year period, the Program will be updated automatically. The Client will not be notified of course updates but is welcome to access the program at any time throughout the 1 year life period of the Program. The Artist maintains the rights to extend the life of the course beyond 1 year at her discretion. 

PROGRAM FACEBOOK GROUP

The Artist shall create and maintain a private Facebook group for students who enroll in The Program (“The Paint Coach 2021 Facebook Group”). The extended life of The Paint Coach Facebook 2021 Group will be open for a period of 6 weeks. This Private Facebook Group is run by the community which means that students are encouraged to help each other throughout the course. The Artist is charged with overseeing the group and ensures that it runs smoothly. The Artist will also conduct live Question and Answer sessions once a week inside The Paint Coach Facebook Group. You will automatically be removed from The Paint Coach Facebook Group at the end of your 6 weeks of access. 

PROGRAM COMPLETION

 When The Client completes The Program, they will no longer have access to The Paint Coach 2021 Facebook Group and will be automatically be removed from at the end of week 6. You will be invited to move to a private Facebook group reserved for “Studio Secrets” members who are welcome to learn more from The Artist. Studio Secrets is also a community run group. You will have access to the Studio Secrets Insiders for as long as it exists. In the event that The Artist intends to close the Studio Secrets Facebook Group, it shall provide The Client a notice in advance.

CONTENT

All course content (videos, workbooks, course written content and audio) is the sole property of CAF Creations.  It is specifically designed for The Paint Coach Online Course and/or The Studio Secrets Insiders Group and may not be shared with outside parties.  Any violations of course content will lead to removal from the course and further legal action.

 The activities and worksheets throughout the course lessons are incredibly valuable to your success of this course.  It is encouraged that the Client prints out and works through the course guides and worksheets, however, sharing the content with another party is not permitted.  Distributing course content to another party is a clear violation of these terms and calls grounds for legal action. 

PRIVACY/SECURITY

PROGRAM SECURITY: Your Program account may not be shared with another person. The Artist has limited ability to assist you in re-entering your account should you have any trouble. However, if you forget your Kajabi password, you will be sent a link to reset your password if it is forgotten.

PRIVACY POLICY: The Artist works to encourage healthy interactions between all students and ensure that all individuals in The Program are safe to openly express themselves/discuss their course progress. The Artist agrees that she will not publicly share any students’ (past or present) personal information, emails, social media messages, posts, or comments shared within The Paint Coach Program Area, The Paint Coach 2020 Facebook Group, or The Studio Secrets Facebook Group without written consent from the student. In turn, The Client also agrees that they will not publicly share any personal information shared within The Paint Coach Program Area, The Paint Coach 2020 Facebook Group, The Studio Secrets Facebook Group, emails, or social media messaging without written consent from each party.

Any violation of these privacy policies will result in termination of The Client’s access to The Paint Coach/ The Paint Coach 2020 Facebook Group/ Studio Secrets Facebook Group.

REFUND 

The Artist’s intention for this Program is to leave you fulfilled and inspired. In order to benefit from this course, The Client must make the best effort to review and absorb The Program’s content. It is created to help you succeed!

In the unfortunate event that you feel that The Paint Coach Program isn't right for you, here's how to proceed: 

You may request to withdraw from The Program within 14 days of the course start date (by the 14th day at 11:59 EST). In order to qualify for a refund, The Client must submit proof that they did the work in the course. If you request a refund and do not include your coursework by the 14th day, you will not be granted a refund.

The work that requires submission for a refund includes ALL of the following items:

  • Requirement 1:  Complete and attach ll of your notes from Module 1: Lesson 2.

  • Requirement 2: Complete and attach the artwork created for Module 2: Lessons 3, 4 & 5.

  • Requirement 3: Attach screenshots of your participation in The Paint Coach Facebook Group

  • Requirement 4: The Client explains why the course was not a good fit. What did you expect that you did not get once inside the program?

After day 14, we will have moved too far into the course material to issue a refund. There will be no partial refunds. All payments are non-refundable after day 14. The Client is responsible for full payment of the fees for the program regardless if you complete the program. If you opt for a payment plan and do not request a refund within 14 days with the required coursework sent at the time of your refund request, you are required by law to complete the remaining payments of the payment plan.
