“The Unraveling” is an energetic piece that is essentially falling apart in the most beautiful way. Its blush petals and fresh greens unravel from the floral bouquet to show its surrender. To surrender is to cease resistance to an opponent. Many things in this current state of the world are out of our control and if we do not surrender, we will not feel peace. “The Unraveling” is a metaphor for putting down our armor and bowing down to peace and trusting the process. When we feel safe to unravel, we will shed our colors in a beautiful way. Shedding your colors isn’t always easy, but it is the path to feeling free.
