Rome! This was the first town that I visited when I traveled to Italy…. and I immediately FELL IN LOVE. I can vividly remember opening my hotel window on my first morning in this city and taking in all the inspiration that I could. This painting is inspired by my first sketches in my travel sketchbook. The textures and details in this piece are to die for.
Acrylic paint on wrapped canvas. Finished with high gloss varnish. Wired and signed on the back of the painting.
